Just a fun little thing for the weekend. I hosted a livestream on Facebook and elsewhere with Albert Hahn, former head of Google for Startups Korea on Wednesday, on the topic of OKRs. This is a way of measuring progress and productivity that has become rather popular with technology companies, and Google is probably the one best known for pioneering and using OKRs. I thought my friends in real estate would find the topic interesting, since we’re all trying to figure out whether we are progressing towards are goals or not.
Albert also happens to be my brother, returned from 15 years abroad as an expat, and I talked him into taking a break from his sabbatical to talk to my friends about this topic.
It was a fun conversation with some great questions, and I uploaded the video to YouTube so I thought I’d share it with you all for your weekend watching/listening pleasures:
Anyhow, hope this is helpful to some of you. I know I’m learning about OKRs and will be recommending it to folks going forward.

I can’t wait to watch this! I love OKRs and can only imagine that seeing both of your takes on it will be very inspiring.
Thank you,
