In this episode, I speak to entrepreneur and longtime REALTOR from Toronto, Canada, Mark McLean about an innovative co-equity concept he’s been working on. It’s so interesting that Mark was a high-level executive and successful broker and agent for 30 years, but jumped into a brand new idea. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? Mark is an example of an industry veteran, a real expert, who sees the potential in new models and new technologies and what they enable.
I apologize for my voice’s audio quality; but it is what it is. We tried to have a “normal” conversation instead of talking about COVID-19, but as is the new normal, we do have to touch on the pandemic and its impact.

I love this specific concept & broader sector in general. There will be a huge company built in this space, but could take a while given many are taking a ground up development approach.
